Pekka Rissanen, Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board

Pekka Rissanen has 30 years of hands-on experience in building and managing companies ranging from startups to a successful IPO at the stock market. He has developed and managed Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Key Account and Logistics functions as well as worked as Business Line and Managing Director positions.

Pekka has served several deep tech and science-based businesses amongst different industries and sizes of companies as Entrepreneur, Executive, Business Angel and Board Member. His cross-sectorial experience range covers medical devices, process industry, industrial manufacturing, wood processing technology, advertising, ICT, and telecommunications.

He has a proven track record on creating and managing high growth, high profitability technology companies. He has worked in global business environment with direct line responsibility over operations in 30 countries and has had customers from more than 50 countries. He holds an MSc in Tech and an MBA in Finance and Marketing.

Mark Stenbäck, Chief Technology Advisor & Member of the Board

Mark Stenbäck is a Senior Systems Architect at Insta Group and has over 25 years of experience in software development, information systems and enterprise architectures, team leading and product ownership in many companies and in multiple business domains. He holds MBA in Information System Competence.

Sirpa Seppä, Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

I have worked in various tasks in marketing and communications for over 30 years, both for big corporations with international brands and for small local businesses and startups. The most important thing I have learned is that the success can be achieved only by placing the customer in the center of all operations of the company.
